Okay, I signed up for my events. Now what?Once the 72 hour sign-up window has closed, PMO will finalize rosters and send email confirmations to staff with details about the event they were scheduled to work. Please note that you are not guaranteed to work an event until you receive the confirmation email.

Where do I find event openings to sign up for?Go to the Eligible Jobs tab at the top of your home screen! From there, select "Next 90 Days" (or whichever relevant timeframe) from the drop down window. All of the events then listed either have availability to sign up OR are events you are already on the roster for.

Does it matter if I end up on the roster versus the waitlist?If it is within the 72 hour sign-up window, then no! We treat all sign ups, regardless of which list your name is on, as equal. We do not staff events on a first come, first served basis.

I'm too busy to do this, can you just sign up for me?No. In the time it takes you to call, text, or email your availability, you could've signed up on CYA. Please make our lives a little easier and sign up for your own schedule. Exceptions will be made for those who are actually having account issues.

Can I work multiple events in a day? How do I make that work on CYA?You sure can! If it is possible to work two or more shifts (ie they are not at the same start time) and you can't add yourself to one of the rosters due to overlap, email Marisa to do it for you!

Do I need to sign up right at 6:00 PM? What if all the shifts are full?No! All staff have 72 hours to sign up or put their name on the waitlist. Then, we will adjust so everyone gets a fair chance to work while also taking into account adherence to our attendance policies. If a roster is full , please add your name to the waitlist!

How do I find waitlist events?Go to the Eligible Jobs tab at the top of your home screen! From there, select "Next 90 Days" (or whichever relevant timeframe) from the drop down window. Then select the checkbox below the drop down that references adding your name to the waitlist. All of the events then listed are events that are "full" but that you can add your name to the waitlist for!

I forgot to sign up during the 72 hour window! What do I do?Unfortunately the rosters will have been finalized and emails sent out. We cannot guarantee any events for the following month if you did not sign up during our 72 hour window. Please add your name to the waitlist for any events you'd like to work. We will contact you if anything opens up, but priority will go to those who signed up during the window. Keep checking CYA for any call-offs as well!

When are events posted?Events are posted on the 15th of every month at 6:00 PM for the following month. Employees are given 72 hours to sign up for a roster or waitlist spot before the Program Management Office works to finalize each schedule. For example, any events for April will be posted on March 15th at 6:00 PM. All staff will have until March 18th at 6:00 PM to finish their monthly availability sign-up.

I signed up for everything right at 6:00 PM. Why did I not get all the shifts?Because we do not staff events on a first come, first served basis! We are currently managing a staff of over 160 employees and covering about just as many events every season. We need to make sure that the same 20 people aren't taking every single shift. However, we do make sure that the number of events worked is prioritized for our employees who followed the Football and Attendance Policies throughout the season.

I wasn't scheduled to work an event I wanted. What can I do?If you were not scheduled to work a particular event and would still like to be considered to work it, please keep your name on the waitlist! Those will be the first people we call to fill in call-offs or extra staffing needs. Please also be sure to check CYA for people canceling shifts.

What is this about closing jobs?Have you tried to sign up for events and been confronted with a message saying to close your jobs before you can use the Eligible Jobs tab? It's okay! PMO tries to close everyone's jobs for them, but sometimes we can't get around to it right away. On the right hand side of your screen, there will be a summary of your recently worked shift(s)- just click close job! The hour details do NOT matter. Payroll is managed manually by PMO at every single event.

Why can't I sign up for specific shifts for Football and Graduation?Football and Graduation, our two biggest events, have 10+ different shift times and 6 different job assignments. Because of this, we have all staff sign up for a general "shift" for the day just so we can see that they are available to work. PMO will make assignments and let you know your shift time. Don't worry, you won't be working a 12 hour day!

Why am I showing on both the roster AND the waitlist?CYA has its quirks, and this is one of them. If you were taken off of the waitlist and added to the roster to work, CYA wants to keep you on both lists. If you are on the main roster and have received a confirmation email, you ARE working.

Why aren't all of my worked shifts showing on "My History?"Sometimes that has to do with how a job is closed. Sometimes it has to do with last minute changes to the roster. Fear not! CYA has absolutely nothing to do with your paycheck! PMO manages all timesheets manually at each event. We've got you covered :)
