Uniform Policy

Our uniform policy is straightforward and meant to create a look of professionalism amongst our staff. Please ensure you understand our uniform requirements and be sure to ask questions if you have any. Arriving to work out of uniform may result in you being sent home depending on staffing needs and the offense.

What is the Event Staff Uniform?

Weather Exceptions

Safety is our first priority. In cases of cold weather (or in the case of a hockey game in winter 2023, broken heaters), we will make some exceptions for extra layers. Please feel free to wear snow boots, ski pants, larger jackets, scarves, etc. to keep yourself safe and warm! If you have any questions about items you want to wear, please contact PMO.

General Expectations

Your KIRA Polo Shirt, Hat, and Beanie are yours to keep. It is your responsibility to ensure that they look clean and professional at each event.

Please ensure that you look professional in every aspect. We ask that hair and facial hair are kept neat, personal hygiene is upkept, no strong scented colognes or perfumes, and no crazy or distracting accessories. We are the "front lines" of events and often times are the group that interacts the most with fans and other staff members. Please keep this in mind when you are getting ready for your shift!
