Key Personnel

Working with KIRA Event Services means that you will be interacting with a wide range of personnel and organizations. It can be overwhelming! Not only are you a part of a group of 160+ part-time event staff, but you will be working with everyone from the KIRA Program Management Office to the USAFA Athletic Department (including Events Management, Ticketing, Marketing, etc.) to leadership at Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation (AFAAC) to Security Forces Officers. This group is by no means everyone you will interact with. It includes the names and faces of those that you will see most often. Please remember to treat everyone with the utmost respect, regardless of if they are on this list or not.

You will take instruction without question from your Program Management Office, USAFA Events Management, and Security Forces. If any other group gives you direction that is different from anything we've previously discussed, please contact PMO for clarification.
