Payroll
Event Staff are paid on a weekly basis every Friday (assuming you worked events)!
Our pay period runs from Saturday through Friday, with your paycheck coming the following Friday. If you submitted a voided check upon hire and included your banking information during onboarding, all paychecks will be via direct deposit. If you did not provide a voided check, your first paycheck will be via mail and will likely be received the following Tuesday.
What do you have to do to get paid? The answer is pretty easy - just show up to your shift at our designated check-in area and come back to that same area at the end of your shift to return equipment and check out with PMO! We are hopeful that this will change soon, but for now, we handle all timesheets manually. We will "clock you in and out" for your shifts and submit all of your hours to our Payroll department.
If you ever have a discrepancy with your hours or have anything payroll related that you would like to discuss, please reach out to your Program Manager!
So what are your hourly wages? The answer depends on the contract you are working on. Please reference the table below for more information.

Health & Welfare pay, which is currently $4.94/hour, is an added dollar amount to your base pay in lieu of benefits. This money is all included with your base pay on paychecks as separate line items; you may use the money however you please. This pay is only included in the USAFA SE contracted events.
